The Community Action Program for Children (CAPC) runs a local drop-in program, called Niagara Brighter Futures, for families with young children (birth to 6). The program provides resources and supports to help promote the healthy growth and development of children and their families and helps connect families to their community.

Parent Direct Niagara is operated by the Early Childhood Community Development Centre(ECCDC).
