Helps teenage parents to complete their secondary education. Provides child care for infants to age 5 of teenage parents enrolled in high schools, college, university, or other training programs. Subsidy is available. The program is integrated for children with special needs. Also offers support to parents through a community worker and an outreach program for alternative schooling.
